FAQs: How to use the features in the GA Handicap App (PDF)

Am I already registered to use the GA Handicap App?

The GA Handicap App and the GA website (www.golf.org.au) both use the same login details. If you have already registered to use the GA Website/App, then you’re ready to login to the App!

Do you want to create a free account to use the GA Handicap App?

If so, you will need to follow these steps (IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ ALL OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING):

1. Your account must be created in the Golf Australia Website. (It is not possible to create your account from the App.)

2. Create your account – this will take less than 5 minutes.

3. IMPORTANT: Once you have created your free account, your 3rd step is to return to the App – the Website will NOT automatically return you to the App.

4. Once you have reopened the App, tap through to the Login Screen, enter your login details, and start using the App!

Do you want to reset your password for any reason (including because you forgot it)?

If so, you will need to follow these steps (IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ ALL OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING):

1. Your password can only be changed in the Golf Australia Website. (It is not possible to reset your password from the App.)

2. Reset your password – this will take less than 5 minutes.

3. IMPORTANT: Once you have reset your password, your 3rd step is to return to the App – the Website will NOT automatically return you to the App.

4. Once you have reopened the App, tap through to the Login Screen, enter your login details, and start using the App!
