Golf Tasmania Partners with Clubs Tasmania
by Contributor
The Board of Golf Tasmania wishes to announce that they have purchased a group membership with Clubs Tasmania which will in turn benefit the 68 affiliated clubs in Tasmania.
In particular the Board believes that this will be of benefit to the smaller clubs in Tasmania that currently do not have membership of Clubs Tasmania. These smaller clubs will benefit through support in the form of timely advice and support via experienced staff, who understand grassroots community clubs, communication via their fortnightly e-newsletter, bi-monthly magazine and regular emails with updated information and opportunities.
The agreement will also allow Tasmanian golf clubs that are already members of Clubs Tasmania to receive a 15% discount on the members subscriptions. This offer is extended to any golf club that chooses to register as a member with Clubs Tasmania.
Members of Clubs Tasmania receive many benefits including:
Significant cost savings brokered via an energy deal with ROI Energy.
Direct access to a suite of employment and industrial relations advice, contracts, role descriptions, policy and procedures advice.
Advocacy on a range of relevant issues (e.g. Tas Water, Ticket to Play, Liquor Licensing and Energy).
Access to digital platforms with a range of strategies to assist your club to remain viable and sustainable.
Clubs that are currently not members of Clubs Tasmania will receive the above mentioned additional benefits by joining at a cost of $314.50 which includes the 15% discount on the membership subscription (normally $370).
